ATS: Change in personnel

Atesco Industrial Cartering Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Tran Phuc Thien An has been appointed Chair and Member of the B.O.D and Legal representative with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Tran Thi Thuy Hang has been appointed Member of the B.O.D with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Nguyen Truong Quoc Cuong has been appointed Independent Member of the B.O.D with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Nguyen Thi Kien Truc has been appointed General director with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Lam Thi Thanh Hue, Dao Thi Ngoc Bich, Tran Thi Diep have been appointed Member of the S.B with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Lam Thi Thanh Hue has been appointed Chief of the S.B with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Chau Thi Suong Mai has been appointed Chief accountant with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Nguyen Thi Minh Hien has been appointed Assistant, the person in charge of C.G and Information disclosure officer with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Pham Ngoc Thai has resigned from Chair and Member of the B.O.D with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Pham Quang Khanh and Nguyen Quynh Mai have resigned from Member of the B.O.D with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Pham Thanh Mai, Nguyen Thi Thien Hoa have resigned from Member of the S.B with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Pham Thanh Mai has resigned from Chief of the S.B with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Le Sy Cuong has resigned from Legal representative and General director with effect since 19/4/2024.
- Nguyen Thi Ha has resigned from Chief accountant with effect since 19/4/2024.
