Seedcom Joint Stock Company was fined VND 162.5 million for administrative violations in the securities sector
On 23/4/2024, the State Securities Commission issued Decision No. 175/QD-XPVPHC on sanctioning administrative violations against Seedcom Joint Stock Company. Specifically, the company was fined VND 85 million for not disclosing information for information subject to disclosure by the law. In addition, the company was fined VND 77.5 million for distributing private securities in contravention of the law. The total fine against the Company was VND 162.5 million.
