• Value of delisted shares (by par value): VND 75,762,000,000
• Delisting date: 17/05/2024
• Last trading day at HNX: 16/05/2024
• Reason for the delisting: due the auditor has disclaimer of opinion toward the company. According to the provisions of Point h, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP, it is a compulsory delisting case.
