NQN: Decision on continued alert and Notice on stock status
Following Decision No. 193/QD-SGDHN dated March 29, 2024, HNX announces to continue alert of NQN stock as follows:
- Ground: Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Reason for continued alert: the auditor has been giving qualified opinions on the Company's Financial Statements for three consecutive years and more
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Quang Ninh Clean Water JSC shall send a documents to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On March 29, 2024, HNX announces the status of Quang Ninh Clean Water JSC’s shares (stock code: NQN) as follows: NQN shares are under alert under Decision No. 193/QD-SGDHN dated March 29. 2024 as the auditor has been giving qualified opinions on the Company's Financial Statements for three consecutive fiscal years and more as prescribed in Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
