FiinGroup formally announces an adjustment to its Certificate of Eligibility for Credit Rating Service Business.

We are pleased and honored to announce that FiinGroup Joint Stock Company has changed its name to FiinRatings Joint Stock Company. This amendment has been approved by the Ministry of Finance, as indicated by Amended Certificate No. 02/GCNÐC1-DVXHTN issued on March 6, 2023. 

 

Hanoi, March 6, 2023 

We are pleased and honored to announce that FiinGroup Joint Stock Company has changed its name to FiinRatings Joint Stock Company. This amendment has been approved by the Ministry of Finance, as indicated by Amended Certificate No. 02/GCNĐC1-DVXHTN issued on March 6, 2023. 

Accordingly, the credit rating agency's name has been changed from "FiinGroup Joint Stock Company" to "FiinRatings Joint Stock Company," along with its website address:

This change aims to improve information management for the market, facilitate internal management, and manage potential conflicts of interest that may arise in the process of providing other FiinGroup services.  FiinGroup Joint Stock Company ("FiinGroup") has officially changed its name to FiinRatings Joint Stock Company, as per the 19th change of Enterprise Registration Certificate No. 0102674865, issued by the Hanoi City Department of Planning and Investment on September 30, 2022. 

Previously, the Ministry of Finance granted FiinGroup Joint Stock Company the Certificate of Eligibility for Credit Rating Service Business No. 02/GCN-DVXHTN on March 20, 2020.
