Sao Mai Group Corporation has reported the adjustment of the result of share issue for dividend payment as follows:

2)      Number of distributed shareholders: 15,246 shareholders

3)      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

4)      Total current shares: 336,526,752 shares

-          Outstanding shares: 336,526,752 shares

-          Treasury shares: 0 share

5)      Estimated trading date: in February 2022.
