BSA: Notice of record date for dividend payment in cash and dividend payment by share

6. Reason:
     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 5%/share (shareholders receive VND 500 for every 01 share they own)
          - Exercise date: 18/10/2021
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Buon Don Hydropower JSC on working days from 18/10/2021 Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above. In case the owner has provided bank account information, the dividend will be transferred to the owner's account by the Company.
     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 100:5 (shareholders receive 5 new shares for every  100 shares they own)
         - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Decimal (if any) will be cancelled
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: Buon Don Hydropower JSC on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above 
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
