Vinpearl Joint Stock Company announces the record date for the 4^th bond interest payment as follows:

-          Bond symbol:        VPL11811

-          Bond type:            corporate bond

-          Par value:              100,000 VND/bond

-          Record date:          June 15, 2019

-          Purpose: to make the fourth interest payment (from and inclusive of the date of December 29, 2019 to and exclusive of the date of June 29, 2020) of VPL11811

-          Interest rate:          9.925%/year

-          Payment amount: 100,000 (VND) x 9.925% x 183/365 (days) =  4,976.096 VND/bond

-          Payment date:       June 29, 2020

-          Place of payment:

• For the bondholders whose bonds have been deposited, they will fulfill procedure to receive interest at the securities firms where the bonds have been deposited.
• For the bondholders whose bonds have not been deposited, the bond interest will be paid to their accounts as registered with Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company on June 29, 2020.
