On May 13, the Board of Directors of National Seed Joint Stock Company approved the plan for private offering of bonds:

-       Type of bond: non-convertible, unsecured bond

-       Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond

-       Issue price: 100% par value

-       Bond term: 01 year

-       Total estimated issue value: VND100,000,000,000.

-       Estimated issue volume: 100 bonds

-       Plan for capital allocation:

• To invest in Seed Processing and Agricultural Product Processing Center in Truong Xuan Industrial Group, Thap Muoi, Dong Thap province.
• To raise the working capital.
