Cancellation of auction of share purchase rights owned by the Vietnam National Industrial – Energy Group at the Green Indochina Development JSC

According to the plan, the Hanoi Stock Exchange was scheduled to hold the share auction of Green Indochina Development JSC, owned by the Vietnam National Industrial – Energy Group, on 20 November 2025. However, by the end of the registration and deposit deadline (15:30 on 13 November 2025), no investors had registered to purchase the company’s shares.
According to Article 14 of the Auction Regulations for the Share Auction of Indochina Green Development JSC, owned by the Vietnam National Industrial – Energy Group, issued together with Decision No. 1298/QD-SGDHN dated 23 October 2025 by the General Director of the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the auction does not meet the conditions for organization.
Therefore, the Hanoi Stock Exchange hereby announces that the share auction of Indochina Green Development JSC, owned by the Vietnam National Industrial – Energy Group, scheduled for 20 November 2025, will not be held.
