Manulife Vietnam Insurance Co. Ltd involved in lawsuit over life insurance contract

Manulife Vietnam Insurance Co. Ltd faced a dispute after a customer filed a lawsuit, claiming deception in a life insurance contract. However, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court, District 5, ruled that there was no basis to declare the contract invalid. The court dismissed all of the plaintiff’s claims and upheld the validity of the signed insurance contract.
