Kanglongda Vietnam Protection Technology Company Limited was fined for illegal hazardous waste disposal and environmental violations

Kanglongda Vietnam Protection Technology Company Limited was fined VND 335 million by the Hue City People's Committee for selling 2.6 tons of hazardous waste to an unauthorized individual and violating regulations on industrial waste storage. The company was ordered to restore the original environmental condition and transfer the waste to a licensed treatment unit. Previously, Kanglongda Vietnam had also been penalized for unauthorized construction, failing to comply with approved fire prevention designs, and delaying compensation payments to residents who gave up land for the project.
