Son Hai Group Co., Ltd. was rejected for expressway construction bid

Son Hai Group Co., Ltd. had its entire appeal against the tender results rejected by the Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee for an expressway construction package. The company was assessed as failing to meet requirements for materials, equipment, BIM implementation, and construction machinery for the bidding package. Notably, some of the company's equipment inspection documents were issued by an entity not listed as a qualified organization by the Vietnam Register and the Department of Construction Assessment – Ministry of Construction.
