Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) resolved to transfer all its shares in Ngo May Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company. The transfer price was set to be no lower than the cost. Ngo May Company, established in 2019, held an charter capital of over VND 1.12 trillion. PDR aimed to accelerate its ambitious 2025 business plan, targeting VND 3.2 trillion in total revenue.
