Cienco4 Group Joint Stock Company was banned from bidding by Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee for four years. The company was found to have forged documents in a bid package for a transportation infrastructure project. This action violated the Bidding Law of 2023. Previously, the company also faced a penalty of nearly VND 700 million from the State Securities Commission for disclosure violations and misuse of funds.
