SGI Vina Co., Ltd. in Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park (Quang Nam) reported an explosion at its SGI magnetic magnet factory on the morning of May 21, 2025. The incident resulted in 12 workers being injured. All affected individuals were transported to Quang Nam Central General Hospital, with one patient suffering severe burns and receiving intensive care. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the explosion.
