Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp was involved in a stock manipulation case related to PDR shares. Two individuals used 164 accounts to create artificial supply and demand from August to December 2022. Each was fined VND 1.5 billion and banned from stock trading and holding key positions for two years. Additionally, 22 individuals who lent their accounts for trading were also penalized and banned for two years.
