+ Report on the activities of the Board of Directors in 2024, plan for 2025;
+ Report on the implementation situation in 2024, production and business plan in 2025 of the Board of Directors;
+ Report on the activities of the Board of Supervisors in 2024 and propose the General Meeting of Shareholders to select an Auditing Company for the semi-annual financial statements and the 2025 financial statements;
