Yamaha Motor Vietnam Company Limited faces serious problems as some Grande motorbikes are refused registration due to errors in the engine numbering process
Yamaha Motor Vietnam Company Limited faced a serious incident when some Grande motorbikes were refused registration due to errors in the engine numbering process. Some workers arbitrarily erased and re-stamped the numbers on the faulty engine cover, making the motorbikes ineligible for registration. This incident not only caused confusion for customers but also negatively affected the reputation and image of the Yamaha brand in Vietnam. Although the company has committed to fix the problem and support customers, this incident shows the loopholes in the company's production quality control and human resource management.
