The Bac Ninh Provincial Police issued a decision to prosecute the Production Deputy Director at a branch of Nam Thai Nguyen Company Limited in Bac Ninh for the crime of "Causing Environmental Pollution". Specifically, the company assisted another individual in dumping and burying nearly 200 tons of ash generated from the illegal burning of fuel for boiler production on this individual's land.
