Appollo Oil Corporation was fined VND 800 million for violating the law on petroleum trading

Appollo Oil Joint Stock Company was fined a total of VND 800 million by the General Department of Market Management (Ministry of Industry and Trade). Of which, the companny was fined VND 100 million for the following acts: the main trader sold gasoline to entities outside the distribution system, not registering the distribution system with the competent state management agency. The company was fined an additional VND 700 million because the gasoline retail agent and the trader receiving the right to retail bought or sold gasoline to entities outside the distribution system, except in the case of selling directly to consumers.
