On 12/4/2024, the People's Committee of Tam Diep City issued Administrative Sanction Decision No. 371/QD-XPHC against PV - Inconess Investment Corporation for committing administrative violations: Organizing the construction of works at the location of village 9, Dong Son commune, Tam Diep city without a construction permit as prescribed. The total amount of administrative sanctions was VND 130 million, and at the same time, the Company had to stop the construction of the work and take remedial measures.
