PGT: Stock under supervision (PGT)
Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.639/QD-SGDHN dated on 13/10/2016, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:
- Issuer: PGT Holdings JSC
- Stock code: PGT
- Reason: Profit after tax of 2019 and 2020 in Audited Financial Statements of holding company were negative. PGT shares have been put under Supervision according to point 1.3 clause 1, Article 14 of Listing Regulation.
- Trading restriction: stock can only be traded on every Friday
- Effective date: 24/06/2021.
The supervision period ends when the company overcomes the current situation.
