[FiinPro Platform] Notice: Illegal Use of FiinPro Flatform Data for Commercial Purposes

StoxPlus would like to extend our sincere thanks to you for your trust in using our FiinPro Platform as well as giving StoxPlus the opportunity to serve your data needs.

Recently, some legal entities have illegally exploited StoxPlus’ FiinPro Flatform Data to create derivative products/ similar products for commercial purposes without quoting the source of data or without StoxPlus’ permission. This directly affects the benefits of customers using StoxPlus’ services.

StoxPlus and our lawyer are currently in the process of negotiating with these entities and considering taking appropriate measures against them. StoxPlus calls for support and assistance from our customers to prevent infringements and protect the interests of our customers. Please kindly follow the following steps to secure your FiinPro Platform account as well as your requested data files:

5. For FiinPro Platform Account:

• Do not share your FiinPro Account information (including Login Email, Password, License Key) with an outside individual who is not an official employee of the Company or to a third party who is not a StoxPlus customer.
• Logout from FiinPro Platform after using to avoid unauthorized access from others.
• Quoting "Source: FiinPro" for Data that is exported from FiinPro system and sent to outsiders. Source citation also helps you minimize risk if there are errors that may occur to the data.
• It is highly recommended that Customers Change Password after receiving this Email.

5. For data files prepared for ad-hoc requirements:

• Do not share the File to outsiders who are not official employees of the Company or to the third parties who are not customers of StoxPlus.
• Quotes "Source: FiinPro" or "Source: StoxPlus" if you use all or part of this data in the materials sent to the outside.
