The Board resolution dated October 28, 2020, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing as follows:
- Record date: November 18, 2020
- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
- Time of implementation: from November 26, 2020 to December 07, 2020
- Content:
- Approving the plan for private stock issuance to raise charter capital;
- Approving to decrease the business lines due to no having need to operate;
- Approving the amendment, supplement of the Company’s charter;
- Other issues.
