PXS: Resolution on the EGM 2019
On November 18, 2019, Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2019 as follows:
- Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Trung Tri as Chairman and member of BOD for the period 2015-2020.
- Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Tat Thanh as member of BOD for the period 2015-2020.
- Approving the appointment of Mr. Dinh Van Hung as Chairman and member of BOD for the period 2015-2020.
- Approving the appointment of Mr. Chu Thanh Hai as Independent member of BOD for the period 2015-2020.
- Approving the resignation of Mrs. Vu Thi Thu Hai as member of Supervisory Board for the period 2015-2020.
- Approving the appointment of Mr. Pham Chu Tu as member of Supervisory Board for the period 2015-2020.
