DTA: BOD approved the contents of 2019 EGM

On November 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of De Tam Joint Stock Company approved the contents of Extraordinary General Meeting 2019 as follows:  

-       Approving to agree to invest and borrow capital for Detaco Phu Quoc villa project.

-       Approving the report on the amendment of the company’s charter and Governance Internal Governance Regulation.

-       Approving the resignation and the appointment of new Independent member of BOD.

-       Approving other relevant documents.

-       Approving the draft of the contents of Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2019.

-       Approving the time and venue of the holding of 2019 Extraordinary General Meeting 2019.
