PXI: PXI still in the supervision status
On March 31, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.90/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock PXI of Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction Joint Stock Company under the supervision status because the auditor gave except-for opinions on the 2012 financial statements leading the Company’s profit to be negative. Besides, PXI’s after-tax profit in the 2016 audited financial statements was -14,534,040,215 dongs.
On August 12, 2019, HOSE received the 2019 semi-annual reviewed financial statements from PXI. Accordingly, the after-tax profit was 357,142,129 dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at June 30, 2019 was –32,667,031,008 dongs. Therefore, PXI has not overcome the causes making the stock under the supervision.
HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock PXI.
