VPI: Result of private offering of bonds

Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company announces the result of private offering as follows:

-       Issue volume: 8,000 bonds

-       Total issue value: VND800 billion

-       Investor: VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank)

-       Par value: VND100,000,000/bond

-       Bond type: non-convertible and secured bond

-       Bond term: from May 09, 2019 to December 09, 2021

-       Interest rate:

• Interest adjustment period: every three months
• Interest payment period: every six months
• Interest rate for the first interest payment period: 12%/year
• The interest rate for the next periods will be defined by the deferred personal saving interest rate with the term of 12 months and in VND at VPBank and plus 4.3%.

-       Issue date: May 09, 2019

-       Maturity date: December 09, 2021

-       Market: Vietnam

-       Issue place: Ha Noi City.
