The six-month programme will cover the latest trends in hospital management and global healthcare technology, tailored to suit Việt Nam and other Asian markets. The programme furthers Hoàn Mỹ’s commitment to raising the skills of Việt Nam’s medical workforce through training programmes with leading global partners.

The programme will also cover best practices in healthcare management from a global perspective and in Việt Nam. Topics include strategy and marketing, operational efficiency and quality management, patient-centred care, financial and human resources management, innovation and technology, and more, with guidance from experts in the field.
