Cat Lai Port Joint Stock Company announces the record date for the 2021 dividend payment:

Record date:                            October 07, 2022

Purpose                                   for the payment for the 2021 dividend in cash          

Dividend pay-out ratio:           24%/ par value (VND2,400/ share)

Payment date:                          October 19, 2022      

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Cat Lai Port Joint Stock Company as from October 19, 2022.

 

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
