NT2: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2021 dividend in cash:

- Record date:  October 10, 2022

- Payment date: October 20, 2022

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 6.5%/ par value (VND650/ share)

- Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  PetroVietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company.
