Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank reports the result of stock issuance under ESOP as follows:

1)      Information on stock:

-         Stock name: Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank

-         Stock type: treasury share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of shares issued: 1,175,000,000 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 1,157,000,000 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 18,000,000 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 18,000,000 shares

-         Time for transfer restriction: 03 years from the finish date of the issuance

-         Issue price: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Ending date:  July 12, 2021

-         Time for transferring shares: expected in July 2021 or August 2021.

2)      Result of stock issuance:

-        Number of distributed shares: 18,000,000 shares, equivalent to 100% total shares expected to be issued.

-        Number of distributed employees: 1,045 persons

-        Number of current shares (July 12, 2021): 1,175,000,000 shares; Of which:
